Silver.net's Service, Support and Training Department provides ongoing quality assistant to our clients in various areas, including:

 

  • Handling banks' interfaces.
  • Changing the work environment and tests.
  • Installations and conversions.
  • Adding new accounts to the systems.
  • Training and development.

 

 

Silver.net offers various Service Level Agreements (SLA), which are based on over two decades of experience, developing and implementing the technology:

 

  1. Basic package.
  2. Silver package.
  3. Gold package.

 

Operating hours of the Service & Support Department:

Days: Sunday to Thursday

Hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Israeli time zone UTC /GMT +2 hours)

 

Global Cash Managemen / Gold members enjoy 24/7 service.
